1945 in Pawnee. Served in World War II. Lived in Fairfax for the= last 30
years. In ill health several weeks before his death. Survived by=
wife, 2 daughters: Shirley Hutchison, Tulsa and Debbie Dilbeck, Wichita,
Kansas; 1 son: Ray (Punkin) Stokes, Wichita, Kansas, 9 grandchildr= 2
brothers: Art Stokes, Pawnee and Robert Stokes, Glencoe; 1 sister,= Delora
Dunlavy, Wichita, Kansas. Preceded in death by his parents and a brother,
Junior.
